Marking for Real Estate Investment Funds
- Payment of assets and rights: real estate, assets, and rights to be acquired by the Fund must have a prior appraisal, which must be based on an appraisal report prepared by a specialized company;
- Transformation, incorporation, merger, and spin-off: properties belonging to real estate investment funds which are objects of merging, incorporation, or spin-off must be evaluated before the operation if more than 3 (three) months have elapsed between the date of the last evaluation and the operation’s production effects;
- Public offering for the distribution of shares: an appraisal report must be carried out by an independent company in the case of the first public offering for the distribution of the Fund shares.
