Graduated in Civil Engineering from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-RJ) in 1975, where he also completed his post-graduate studies in Economic Engineering in 1976. APSIS’ founder and Managing Partner for over 25 years, he is an expert in Business Valuation, Consulting and Real Estate Business, Director of IBEF - Brazilian Institute of Financial Executives since 2001, Judicial Expert for the Civil and Treasury Courts and professor of the course of Civil Construction at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio).
Graduated in Civil Engineering from the Fluminense Federal University (UFF) in 1991, she completed her post-graduate studies in Business and Project Valuation in 1996 at the Getúlio Vargas Foundation Graduate School, where she also completed post-graduate studies in Accounting Sciences in 2000. Certified in Business Valuation by the American Society of Appraisers - ASA (Washington, USA) and APSIS’ Managing Partner since 1993, she has worked in the company for over 20 years in the areas of Business Valuation, Real Estate Consulting and Tangible and Intangible Asset Valuation. Member of ABPI – Brazilian Association of Intellectual Property and of APIMEC - Association of Capital Market Investment Analysts and Professionals. Vice-President and Professor of IBEF - Brazilian Institute of Financial Executives since 2001. Professor of the MBA program in Brand Valuation at FGV - Getúlio Vargas Foundation, professor at IEL - Legal Engineering Institute, and lecturer at various organizations, such as CVM – Securities and Exchange Commission, IBC - International Business Communication, IBRE - Brazilian Institute of Economics, UERJ - Rio de Janeiro State University and AMCHAM - American Chamber of Commerce, among others.
Graduated in Mechanical Engineering from the Fluminense Federal University (UFF) in 1989, and was awarded a Master’s Degree in Business Management by the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (COPPEAD-UFRJ) in 1991. Certified in Business Valuation by the American Society of Appraisers - ASA (Washington, USA). APSIS’ Director since 2002 and Professor of the courses of Company and Business Valuation and Environmental Impact at IBEF - Brazilian Institute of Financial Executives. Responsible for coordinating Business Valuation and Environmental Management projects.
Graduated in Economics from Gama Filho University in 1989, having participated in several programs in the areas of Trader Education, Financial Mathematics, Foreign Trade, and Project and Business Management, among others. APSIS’ Director since 2000, he is responsible for coordinating Fixed Asset Valuation and Management projects and for implementing Fixed Asset modules of Integrated Management Systems (Enterprise Resource Planning).
Graduated in Civil Engineering from the Fluminense Federal University (UFF) in 1991 and in Valuation Engineering from the State of Rio de Janeiro University (UERJ) in 1994. APSIS’ Real Estate Consulting manager since 1994, coordinating real estate asset valuation projects (thematic parks, industrial complexes, agro-industries, hotels, shopping malls, etc.) throughout Brazil and in Latin America. Along these years, she has acquired expertise in valuations involving mergers, acquisitions, corporate restructuring of national and multinational companies, justification for goodwill, and best use and feasibility studies for businesses, in addition to valuations for industrial pole insurance purposes. In October, 2008, she took office as manager of the Real Estate Consulting area.
Graduated in Law from Estácio de Sá University in 2000 and post-graduated lato sensu in Industrial Property Law from the School of Law of UERJ – Rio de Janeiro State University, having completed the program in January, 2006. She also holds an MBA in Business Management from IBMEC University. APSIS’ consultant since 2005, she is responsible for valuation projects of judicial and administrative proceedings, for the performance of due diligence in the measurement of liabilities, for legal advice in projects developed and for the real estate regularization of public bodies. She is also responsible for coordinating projects in the area of sustainability, among which we highlight the development of pioneer carbon credit projects for UNO and the measurement of environmental liabilities.
Graduated in Liberal Arts from Fluminense Federal University (UFF) in 1997 and in Law from the Unified Society of Higher Education and Culture (SUESC-RJ) in 2009, having participated in advanced accounting and corporate finance programs, among others. APSIS’ Project Manager since 2004, he is responsible for coordinating Business Valuation projects and has over 20 years’ experience as business manager in the field of maritime trade.

Graduated in Civil Engineering from the Armando Álvares Penteado Foundation of the State of São Paulo in 1981, having completed a Master’s Degree program in Business Management at the São Paulo Business Management School – EASP of the Getúlio Vargas Foundation – FGV/SP in 1998. BM&F Bovespa consultant, committee coordinator of the Brazilian Chamber of E- Commerce, former member of the Management and Governance Committee of the Regional Management Council with vast entrepreneurial experience, as a consequence of holding positions as director and partner of companies in the area of Information Technology and Logistics.
